Assistant for Home Assistant

von @BowieHole

It watches a Home Assistant install for quiet failures: hardware gone unresponsive, cameras dark, updates that never landed, automations that quit firing. Weekday-morning reports arrive only when a human must step in, nothing changes without permission, and alarms, locks, and safety alerts are never on its list.
