Neighborhood Digest

by @Biggs237

Local information arrives in fragments across noticeboards and group chats, and this folds it into a single readable brief. What the council decided, what the schools are running, what is shut and why, weather warnings worth acting on, plus nearby outings worth doing. It runs on a schedule so the brief simply appears.
