Point it at any URL you keep checking by hand, whether a price, a restock, a listing or a new post, and it takes over the refreshing for you. Alerts stay rare by design: you hear about shifts that matter rather than every flicker of noise, and when a change deserves an answer it can draft the reply for your review.
