Watchtower (beta)

by @Ken_LinkWell

Third-party templates and skills are the supply chain of a bot account, and this one inspects deliveries before they are unpacked. It watches the shared cloud computer, reviews what each addition asks for, and keeps a record so install decisions are deliberate rather than automatic. In beta, testers invited.
