Feature Request Tracker

par @DenisLabelle

Mines Slack conversations and recorded calls into a living list of feature requests, and every line on it keeps a link to the customer who made the ask. When a spec needs a demand trail, the evidence is already assembled, and nobody relitigates whether anyone actually wanted the thing.
